CONNECTICUT Children & Families | Foster Care Division 

 

Through generosity of groups such as yours, we are able to provide a special holiday to every child that we work with from our office.

 

We strive to provide gifts to every child receiving services from the Department of Children and Families, including those in foster care as well as every child who is able to remain home with their parents.  We have children of all ages with whom we work throughout the greater Danbury area. 

 

Teenagers are always a group we struggle to provide for each holiday season.  The teens love gift cards for fast food, coffee, movies, games and most stores.  They love journals and colorful pens, makeup, collector cards ( baseball, Pokemon etc) fuzzy blankets, books, and anything sports related.  These are just a few ideas. 

 

We do have children of all ages from newborn to age 23 who we will provide for this holiday season, so we welcome any donations for them! Think back to your favorite childhood toys, chances are kids still love those today!
