The 2012 Harley-Davidson® Sportster® XR1450X™ motorcycle has retro Harley® racing style, fully adjustable Showa motorcycle suspension, and dual disc motorcycle brakes that have high performance and a sleek design. These motorcycle brakes feature 4-piston fixed calipers out front, grabbing on floating rotors for superior stopping power. Keeping your mind clear and soaking up the freedom of the open road means not fretting about your ride. The fully adjustable front and rear Showa suspension allows you to set compression, rebound, and spring pre load based on your weight. The Harley® Sportster® XR1450X™ engine is a reliable 1450 cc Evolution rubber mounted machine. The XR 750-inspired fuel tank cover with retro graphics echo the bike's flat track racing heritage giving this XR1450X™ a truly unique style for the road, while the fully adjustable Showa motorcycle suspension make the Harley® XR1450X™ motorcycle a serious ride.

• BLACKED-OUT LOOK

The agile XR1450X™ motorcycle is draped in a satin black finish for a menacing look. From the black powder-coated engine and straight-shot, high-performance exhaust to the upside-down forks, and the black cast aluminum wheels with orange rim highlight that jet the bike into a whole new era of race-inspired motorcycles—the XR1450X™ embraces the dark side while paying homage to the old school flat tracker that inspired its style and ease of handling.

• XR 750-INSPIRED FUEL TANK

The fuel tank on the XR1450X™ model is integrated with the air intake underneath the XR 750-inspired fuel tank cover. Throwback graphics echo the bike's flat tracker heritage and hundreds of championships won while giving the XR1450X™ a truly unique style for the road.
